Labor service cooperation with foreign countries:
China Ethnic International Economic Cooperation Co. (hereinafter referred to as CEIC) was founded in 1993 when CEIC began
the labor service cooperation with foreign countries, sending Chinese laborers to the world over with the authorization from the
Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
CEIC has set up International Cooperation Department comprising many experienced managers.Owing to the good cooperative
relationship with overseas professional organizations and enterprises over ten years, the total amount of labor export has
increased annually. Over 2500 Chinese managers, engineers and skilled workers have been sent to Japan, Korea,
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Cambodia, South Africa, Spain, Australia, Fiji, Trinidad and Tobago and
Argentina. The types of work involve construction, computer software & hardware, nurse, dress sewing, fishery operation, guard,
ocean fishing, agricultural planting, electric processing, metal processing, machine building, food processing, hotel service, cook,
etc.
The business of trainees and technical interns extended to Japan in 1996. Relying on the business relations with Japanese
specialized organizations, over 500 trainees were engaged in the advanced study on clothes making, electron, machinery
processing, food processing, and intertexture.
Excellent service offered by those experienced professionals has brought generous returns to our labor cooperation clients,
upon which our labor cooperation service has developed effectively.In order to promote cooperation business of labor export
(trainees and technical interns) and meet the demands of clients, the human resource bases founded in China can provide
HR service at any time so as to ensure the development of labor export (trainee and technical interns) business.
At meanwhile, training centers and bases have been set up in provinces of Jiangsu, Henan, Shandong, Hebei, where veteran
managers and professional teachers employed if necessary guarantee the quality of training.According to the regulations of
China Commerce Ministry and China International Contractors Association, centralized training (one to six months) and
education should be provided for those who are going abroad in terms of the demands of different countries and clients.
The training courses cover basic foreign language, laws, custom and physical fitness, so that the people going abroad could
be familiar with destination as soon as possible and adapt to the local work and life.
